Apparently it simply helped to restart the WMI Service (using winmgmt.exe). Open a cmd console and issue the following commands: ``` winmgmt /clearadap winmgmt /kill winmgmt /unregserver winmgmt /regserver winmgmt /resyncperf ``` Close the console and restart the PRTG7 Probe Service. Your sensors should now turn green and display values. This procedure might also help solving WMI problems with other systems as well, we are still investigating this.
