Written by Sascha Neumeier | Jan 23, 2019

You probably know that we offer our PRTG Network Monitor software as a hosted solution in addition to the classic on-premises version. You don't need to install PRTG on your own hardware anymore. If you don't know about this: we call it PRTG Hosted by Paessler - click here to find out more.

Today I want to look behind the scenes of our PRTG cloud solution with you. My colleague Greg was at the Amazon studios recently, and he explained which components make up the infrastructure we require at Amazon, how the communication between the individual gateways works, and on which basis we provide the individual cloud formation stacks with the necessary speed.
